Material editor - concrete
The arbitrary material characteristics can be specified in this window. The quantities fctm (mean value of axial tensile strength of concrete) and Ecm (secant modulus of elasticity of concrete) may be obtained automatically using the characteristic compressive cylinder strength fck. This procedure can be switched on using the setting "Recalculate values". Calculations are based on the chapter 3.1 of EN 1992-1-1 and are described in the chapter "Material characteristics" of the theoretical part of the help.
